TOYL SEPTEMBER ‘SUPER SERUMS’ BOX IS WORTH £149.95!
Theme is Serums. In this box you are going to try two of the most expensive, efficacious, lusted-after serums in the UK. Serums are our ‘problem solvers’ and they are concentrated skincare, possibly one of the most important steps in our routine, particularly on older skin if you want to see results.
TOYL SEPTEMBER CONTENTS:
BIOEFFECT EGF SERUM 5ML (£50.00 !)
I’ve heard so much about this but never tried it. Wow it’s pricey, no?! Utilising a plant-based replica of EGF (a naturally occurring human protein), the unique serum effectively reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pores while improving radiance. Absorbing quickly into skin, the age-defying solution deeply moisturises to restore and rehydrate, and will diminish the look of sun damage and dry spots.
It claims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, boost hydration, and restore younger-looking skin with only 7 pure ingredients. I’m very intrigued by this and it’s definitely going on the ‘to-try pile’. Only thing….as it’s such a pricey serum this is quite a small sample at only 5ml. So you will get a few uses out of it…but not *that* many.
RODIAL BEE VENOM SUPER SERUM 10ML (£60.00)
*This is a synthetic replica of bee venom* It claims to help correct skin tone, while plumping and smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This is a nice deluxe sample size 1t 10ml and will definitely give you a couple of weeks worth to give it a whirl. I don’t LOVE Rodial as a brand in general although there are definitely some great products they do. I think it’s the marketing I have an issue with as opposed to what’s in the tin!
GATINEAU CONTOURING FACIAL ROLLER (£16.00)
This roller is a great accompaniment to the aforementioned serums. This skincare tool helps to soften signs of ageing by encouraging a toned and invigorated finish. The face roller helps to boost circulation while it reduces the look of puffiness, thanks to the cool touch of the rolling system. I’m actually very excited by this as I am finding I am waking up very puffy at the moment and have been wondering if something cooling and soothing like this may be great around my eye area in the AM!
MAGNITONE WIPE OUT 100% BAMBOO CLEANING CLOTHs (x2 £20.00)
These are 100% bamboo cloths and are those magic ones that remove makeup with no product / cleanser?! I still cannot quite get my head around that but they are fabulous cleansing cloths….and I use them as normal, with my preferred cleansing balm. I cannot go without!
