If you subscribe to my You Tube channel – yes that was a shameless plug – then you *may* have spotted this new Eyeko mascara on my latest ‘Hangover’ makeup tutorial. This mascara launched just last week so I wanted to give you the lowdown as I have been using it and loving it for a while. And it works goddamit.
Eyeko do some great mascaras and I love the fact that they come in squeezy tubes to ensure you get everything out and they are all paraben-free and cruelty-free….and generally just fabulous <The temptation to write ‘fabul-lash’ was real.
The new LASH ALERT mascara is different to anything else I have tried. It is a botanical-infused ‘energising’ formula that contains caffeine and double fibres to really waken up the eyes and open up those lashes. You quite literally have to try this to *get* it. I first used it in aformentioned You tube vid and it was quite amazing, it generally has a cooling sensation and I’m not quite sure how it does this wizardy but it made me feel more awake and lively after application.
Like all of Eyeko’s mascaras, this one is also lash growth-promoting (their most ever) with a concoction of Shea Butter, Biotinoyl Tripeptide and Arginine amino acids to strengthen frail and damaged lashes. It pretty much ticks all my boxes AND it’s not a horrific price at £19.
