Whatever you are up to to celebrate (or not) for the big V then I have a smokey eye/glam tutorial to see you through – and a cameo form my no.1 Valentine!
This is quite a full-on smokey eye tutorial and I have finished it up with 2 different lips depending on your taste – a pure vivid red in the form of NARS Cruella, and then a simple nude pink.
