This is probably the first ‘fancy’ cleanser that I ever used and I have recently re-introduced it into my regime and wanted to chat about it and of course talk about the 25% discount code which is running from now until the 23rd December!

The Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish is a cream cleanser which is enriched with cocoa butter to soften, smooth and moisturise. It also contains rosemary, chamomile and eucalyptus to tone, soothe and purify. It has a lovely indulgent texture  and will remove daily grime, pollutants and make up to leave skin feeling comfortable, balanced and super fresh. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive.

There are a few different scents that you can choose from including the original which is rosemary and eucalyptus, ‘Relaxing’ which is rose & lavender and also one with neroli. I more often than not stick with the original which has the scent of  because I find it really uplifting and refreshing!

HOW TO USE THE LIZ EARLE CLEANSE & POLISH:

It is essentially a PM cleanser : to take the day off. However I do quite like a little cleanse with this in the mornings sometimes when I am feeling sluggish and want a boost for my skin and senses as I find the scent really uplifting!

1.) Take a grape-sized amount of the cleansing cream into your hands

2.) Massage it straight into your dry face: including the eye and lip area. For heavy eye makeup and mascara I lightly massage the product into my lashes to break it all down.

3.) Get your Liz Earle cloth and saturate it with warm water and squeeze out any excess. Then buff and wipe away any makeup and grime. Repeat until everything is off!

Key Ingredient Breakdown:

Cocoa Butter : This has excellent emollient properties and is high in fatty acids to really nourish and soothe the skin.

Rosemary Extract: Rosemary is used for its antioxidant properties.

Chamomile Extract: Legendary for its skin-soothing properties, chamomile is excellent at calming the skin, reducing redness and soothing.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Renowned for its purifying properties and invigorating aroma, this is the scent you can smell in the Cleanse & Polish and it really has a lovely uplifting and fresh scent.
