Pur is a lovely, *clean* makeup brand, great for those of you who are a bit ingredient savvy, sensitive or choose to use more natural products. They use the best ingredients in nature and they do not use harsh chemical dyes, parabens, petroleum, fragrance or fillers.
These lipgloss sticks have a beautiful texture and finish, very similar to some of the NARS ones I have tried. They have a buttery consistency that nourish and hydrate the lips and the texture is pretty much directly in between a gloss and a lipstick. The only ones I have used which are similar is probably the NARS gloss sticks….although these Pur ones have more pigment. These three shades are really wearable and perfect for summer fuss-free lip colour.
They come in a jumbo pencil formula. Super easy to apply and use….straight from the pencil, no need for liner. You can also twist it up and down like a lipstick using the bottom of the pencil (the silver bit). As you can see from the colour swatches they are really sheer in colour. I think my favourite is Berry Pretty which seems pretty close to my actual lip colour.
