I’ve been dipping my toe & fingers into PIXI makeup of late and wanted to share with you my FAVOURITE thing from the range, and one of my favourite eye palettes EVER : The PIXI It’s Eye Time eyeshadow palette. 12 shades of glorious nudes to smokes and it’s mainly warm tones which works for me really well.
This palette is from a series of collaborations PIXI has created with beauty influencers and this is with Judy from ‘It’s Judy Time’ ; I’m just gonna put this out there… I had NO idea who Judy was previous to this, however she is some fab, glam makeup gal/influencer type person. Either way : this palette, is giving me ALL THE FEELS. Who knew PIXI aren’t just mega dons @ the good ol’ Glow Tonic?!
The shades = glorious. The pigment = YES. The textures = amazing.
I know it’s spring n’ all but I wanted to show off a really quick and easy smokey eye I did using the palette but you can get so many looks from this blend of colours and it really will quite literally look good on anyone and everyone. I opted for the coppery browns as these work well on my blue eyes.
The pigments on both the matte and shimmery shades are creamy, easy to blend and give a great payoff – This was my first ever try with *any* PIXI makeup and I’m now 100% IN.
I like the style of palette and packaging plus it comes with a little stick on mirror which is clever, as a palette of this size NEEDS a mirror for on-the-go smokes. I’m sticking mine on the back of the palette, as a opposed to ruining the pretty see-through front.
