I’m just swinging by quicky-sharp to let you know about the INCREDIBLE Look Fantastic Black Friday Edit Beauty Box which has just launched this week and will no doubt sell out in days.
It’s a really great box, full of amazing brands and products and it costs only £35 and has a a value of over £155.There are 11 beauty treats within the box, covering skincare, pamper treats, hair heroes and makeup must-haves.
C O N T E N T S
Dr Brandt Microdermabrasion (50ml / full size / £64)
I used this so, SO many years ago and it was *THE* microdermabrasion to use in the skincare world. It was one of the first advanced formulas to hot the market and I remember how incredible it was. I’m so excited to see this in the edit and I’m looking forward to re-visiting it and seeing if it’s a good as I remember. It is a chemical exfoliator and leaves skin baby soft and smooth.
Dr Dennis Gross C+ Collagen Brighten & Firm Vitamin C Serum (9ml / £23.70)
This is a collagen and vitamin C serum that will help to brighten and help with dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles. I haven’t tried this but DDG is an incredible skincare range and I use quite a few of his products.
Eyeko Mini Skinny Eyeliner (£10)
Smudeproof eyeliner with an 11-hour wear, this is a great eyeliner that applies easily and smoothly and I have used this for a while.
Limecrime Naked Cherry Gloss (£9)
A cherry-scented delicious pink gloss. I love the look of this colour and it’s been a while since I’ve dipped my toe into this brand, so I’m interested to give it a whirl.
NUXE Prodigieux Body Lotion (30ml / £6)
A gorgeous sweet almond and coconut oil based body cream that has *that* signature gourmand NUXE scent that we all know and love. I’ve definitely tried this before and it’s a beauty.
MIO Sleeping Smoothie Overnight Serum (30ml / £4.80)
This is an overnight body treat-serum that contains AHA’s to gently slough away dead skin and brighten and tighten the skin. This will give your skin that glow back and it’s something I’ve never used but I do love the MIO bath and body products…..and of course that Mama MIO pregnancy range is incredible.
AHC Hydrating Essential Real Eye Cream for face (10ml / £8.67)
This is the ONLY brand I’ve never heard of in the box. It’s a Korean formula (you have my attention) and apparently is great both under the eyes AND over the face too. Fancy. Stimulates collagen production and will help to smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
Skyn Iceland Hydro Cooling Firming Eye Gels (1 set / £3.12)
I haven’t used a great deal of Skyn Iceland but I’ve definitely been told these patches are really, very good. A 10-minute treatment to help cool, de-puff, enliven and tone tired eyes and I have a made a conscious decision as I am typing this that I am going to try these out as I’m having my coffee at 7am tomorrow morning before I drop Margot to nursery. They sound perfect for sleepy mornings!
First Aid Beauty Ultra-Repair Cream (29ml / £6)
A rich and nourishing face cream that is all about comfort and soothing to irritated and dry skin. It is loaded with ceramides, oatmeal and shea butter to give the skin lots of TLC and love. I love having a cream like this to-hand for when I wake up a little sore and red if I’ve done an acid treatment or overdone it with my masks!
Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment (30ml / £5)
I’ve heard SO much about this and it’s actually something I was looking to buy in the black Friday sales so I’m really pleased to get this travel size to try it out. This is a styling treatment that smooths and tames frizz, hydrates and also heat protects.
Revolution Pro New Neutral Eyeshadow Palette (full size / £15)
I’m SO very excited for this (not that I don’t have enough palettes!) and I think it could be one of the star products from the box for me. I love the look of this and the colours look really pretty. 18 shades, and a mix of neutrals, berries, teals and pink in both matte and shimmery finishes. LOVE.
