For that perfect-browed person who is ALL about their makeup routine : whether it be the latest palette, that new concept mascara, or the most *out-there* looks and trends ; I’ve got you covered with this selection of the most wanted makeup.
Starting off with the sets : usually a good way to try a variety of products and save a bit of cash- money. My favourite this season is the Bareminerals Starswept Brush Collection (£39). Bareminerals have absolutely smashed it this year with their Christmas sets : spangly packaging, great savings and beautiful colour choices.
Buxom have also got some wonderful makeup sets with the best being the beautifully wearable Black Tie Tease Lip Kit (£26) : All the infamous Buxom nude lip shades in one box = WIN. Laura Gellar do some of THE best kajal eyeliners on the market and they have some really good sets including the Ultimate Collection set (all 7 shades) which has unfortunately sold out earlier than expected this year BUT they do have the Baked Kajal Longwear Eyeliner Trio still in stock for £29.50.

Makeup lovers can never have enough eyeshadow palettes. The big one for this year has to be the Urban Decay Naked Cherry (£42). The people went *NUTS* as always for this launch and it’s a gorgeous 12-shade palette featuring reds, burgundies and pinks. Similar tones but a little on the smaller side is the Charlotte Tilbury Palette of Pops (£39).This nifty quad contains 4 metallic shimmer shades, of which there is normally just one of in the original quads. A must for any glitter kween and comes in 2 colour ways. Too Faced are on of THE BEST when it comes to gift-able makeup. When I say ‘giftable’, which is a word I definitely just made up, I mean the products are great, the packaging is really fun and the names will often make you smile. My Sugar Cookie palette has sold out (eek) but there are plenty more on the Too Faced Website (pssssst the Gingerbread palette is THE ONE to go for!).
The PIXI Mattelast Liquid Lip (£16) colour are some of the best long wear lip colours on the market : they are quick and easy to apply, have a wonderful texture, that quite literally stay on all day. They have just introduced a load of new shades so alongside the nudies, they now have some punchier seasonal shades : I love the Berry Boost.

For easy eye shimmer then the new Too Faced Twinkle Twinkle liquid glitter eye shadows (£18) are a must : glitter effect without the annoying droppage down the face. They are really fun and the 8 shades are all beaut. Finally : if you want a failsafe makeup gift for a makeup lover.. just get a Benefit Hoola Bronzer (£25.50). You can’t really go wrong and if they have one already, they will need another at some point in the future. Trusssssst.
What makeup treats are you hoping for this year? I’m kind of having a low key Christmas so we aren’t doing presents as such but I am definitely going to treat myself to the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Filter in the new year as I have had my eyes on that for SO long!
