Well hello there Sexy. One of my FAVOURITE budget makeup brands, KIKO is celebrating 20 years of amazing-ness this year with a stunning range of collections coming our way. KIKO was born in Milan, Italy and over the years has expanded massively with over 1,000 stores worldwide.
To celebrate their 20th anniversary, KIKO have teamed up with fashion leaders, VOGUE Italia who have created SEVEN stunning capsule collections in collaboration with unique and niche fashion designers .
These collections will launch throughout 2017 with the first being the KIKO Less is Better Collection with Super Duper.
Super Duper are Italian (natch) brother-sister designers who make stunning handmade hats using traditional methods. The soft lilac and pink packaging reflects the Super Duper brand, with simple lines and clean-looking palettes. The shades throughout the range are super wearable, muted and on the neutral side which is really love : easy and ready to wear.
No makeup makeup is what this collection is about.
Within this first capsule collection, ‘Less is Better’, there is a huge array of products including 2 fluid highlighters, 2 x cream blushers, 1 x eyeshadow palette, 3 x cream eyeshadow sticks, 4 x liquid lipsticks, a konjac cleansing sponge and a makeup bag. 14 products to get your makeup mitts on.
I think this *could* be my favourite KIKO collection ever : I just love the simplicity and ease of all of these products and everything from the blushers to the lips, are shades I would wear day-to-day.
Stand out products for me are definitely the cream blushers (both are beautiful/wearable tones), the fluid highlighters : no shimmer or glitter, just subtle ethereal glow AND I am also loving the 03 Cream eyeshadow stick for my everyday. I have always been a fan of the KIKO eyeshadow sticks, they are seriously good.
The KIKO Less is Better Collection is available now online and in-store. Prices, as always, are really affordable and range from £5.90 – £14.90.
The next capsule collaboration will be the KIKO Tropic Heat Collection which is hitting the shelves THIS MONTH (April) and I’m really looking forward to seeing what’s in store.
