Why you shouldn’t overlook the neck & décolletage area.
I want to share a smaller, personal story about my confidence and the Currentbody LED Series 2 neck & décolletage mask. I think it’s very common to focus on the face mask primarily as that is the area we look at most, is on show the most and is most people’s focus point when it comes to beauty and skincare.
I have found in the last 3 years or so after turning 40, my neck became a ‘problem’ area and VERY quickly. I hold my hands up and say I totally neglected looking after my neck and décolletage area until I started seeing ageing as opposed to preventive methods. Consistency is key to getting your results and you should be using your masks at least 5 times a week (for 10 minutes) to get your results. You will start to see results from 4 weeks and then the best results from around 12 weeks of use. You can use LED Red Light Therapy all year round if you wish. I tend to do 12 week cycles when I need a boost.

How to fit LED Red Light Therapy into your regime – some tips.
If you are worried that you won’t have time to use the masks and how you will fit it into your routine then fear not! – I am a busy working mum of 2 and I still manage to get my LED masking in…often I am wearing both of the devices either in the morning whilst I am sat having my coffee or sometimes the last thing before I go to bed. It’s quick, easy and take just 10 minutes and yes you can do both at that same time.
