Caudalie’s Vinosource range has had a pretty makeover that you may have seen rolling out into the shops over the last few weeks and I am a big fan ; it’s PINK. All the shades of pretty pink and I kinda love the range even more now. If you haven’t tried the Caudalie Vinosource range it’s kind of there go-to staple/ basic hydration / for everyone kind of stuff. I have used the Soothing cream in my makeup kit for YEARS as it’s just a cream I know will suit everyone, is great for a sensitive skin/redness and will also give foundation and base a beautiful sheen. French pharmacy skincare fans, take note.
Vinosource is Caudalie’s more basic range of creams ; all about re-balancing, hydrating your skin and at the same time it’s anti-inflammatory and anyone/everyone can use it. There is no advanced anti-ageing schmooze about it ; it’s simple hydration. The range consists of 4 face creams that you can pick depending on your skintype, a hydrating serum, a grape water spray and a Recovery Night Oil. Simple & Easy skincare. Vinosource has key ingredients of Grape Seed Oil, Squalene & soothing grape water.
The four face creams include the Vinosource Intense Moisture Recovery Cream which cures a very dry, dehydrated skin. It has a rich, buttery texture and is clinically proven to increase your skin’s moisture levels by 86%. Perfect for weary travellers, over-exposed and under-nourished skin. The Vinosource Moisture Recovery Cream is great for a normal-dry skin to give instant thirst relief and suppleness. Rebuilds the water levels of the skin with hyaluronic acid and doesn’t leave the skin greasy or overloaded.
One for the oily-combination skins is the Vinosource Moisturising Mattifying Fluid which is a wonderfully oil-free lightweight fluid that ensures control of oil production and at the same time hydrates. Perfect as a makeup base and also smooths the pores with a touch of silicone. Last up is the Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet ; this is a gel-cream that is perfect for a first time moisturiser, for those who don’t like the feeling of anything on the skin and as a lightweight summer hydrator. Very good for a sensitive and dehydrated skin.
I love the new packaging colours, but aside from that I always like a squeezy tube for moistursier as it’s just cleaner and quicker to apply. These tubes are 40ml in size which is slightly under the standard 50ml for face cream and the prices are all @ £23.
If you know and love this range, then fear not ; nothing has changed about these exhisting formulas, it’s JUST the packaging. They were previously in white tubes with a red lid and they all looked the same so I guess this is to keep them banded within the same range but easier to decipher which one is *your* cream.
There is also a limited edition Vinosource Grape Water size of 75ml which is perfect for handbags, suitcases and makeup kits! This is such a good water spray for makeup artists and is a firm favourite backstage ; simply organic grapewater to hydrate and soothe.
