Last week, I was invited along to the counter opening of Jurlique in Debenhams, Oxford Street. Not only does the counter look absolutely beautiful in prime position near the main entrance, but this is exciting news as it’s their FIRST UK counter. I have used Jurlique for many years, in particular their gorgeous Rosewater Balancing Mist & *that* rose hand cream. If you are not overly familiar with this brand it is an Australian skincare brand that formulates pure skin care products based around the healing properties of nature. I love the fact that they have their own biodynamic *Jurlique* farm in Adelaide, where they grow all their key ingredients to ensure purity, potency & organic quality.
The counter in Debenham’s hosts the full ranges from Jurlique which I have never seen before ; including some makeup items and ranges I never knew they even did! I spent a good half hour playing with the products, swatching the gorgeous lip tints and indulging in their signature rose hand massage. Visually, the counter keeps in line with it’s nature-focused values, with lots of wood, roses & areas to try out products and have skincare consulations.
They have also just launched their limited edition Rosewater Balancing Mist Intense which comes in a pretty peachy-pink bottle in a giant 200ml size and is more potent with the inclusion of 5 types of roses instead of the normal 1. It’s beautiful! It costs £45 with 5% of the proceeds going to London Wildlife Trust. If you are in central London, do pop along and speak to the consultants as they are super friendly and you may even get pampered with a free rose hand massage!
