Often overlooked in favour of their fabulous facial skincare, the Antipodes Hand + Body Creams are some of my go-to’s for all over body nourishment, and I always have one in my kit as they are very travel-friendly in the small, squeezey tubes.
They come in 3 different scents with a similar base formula : a wonderful combination of pure plant oils, rich in Omegas 3,9 & 9. All the fragrance in these body creams are natural and come from the plant oils within – No synthetic nonsense. The textures are all lovely and rich, almost buttery but you aren’t left with tons of greasy slip. You need quite a small amount as they are very hydration-rich.
Jubilation (green) is probably the best-seller ; the pure plant oils include meadowfoam seed oil & kiwi seed oil. This is fragrance with Fig, Feijoa & wild blackcurrant which makes it a very fresh and unisex option, I think this is my favourite of the 3 as I like really clean smelling body creams.
Delight (blue) is blended with Avocado oil, macadamia nut oil, marigold bloom oil & antipodes signature Vivanza Grape to leave skin ultra soothed and nourished. This has a scent of vintage gardenia so it is slightly stronger and sweeter than the other two creams, and is a little overpowering for my taste but my clients seem to love it!
Joyful (pink) is blended with Avocado oil, Hibiscus flower & blackcurrant. The main scent is blackcurrant, so again…fresh, unisex and not as girly as you would expect with the pink packaging.
The metal tubes are recyclable aluminium – I know some people may prefer plastic tubes but there is something rustic I absolutely love about this kind of packaging. All the creams are 120ml in size which is smaller than most body creams but remember this is a hand & body cream so the packaging is reflective of this. They cost £26.
