Beauty Expert is an online retailer, specialising in luxury beauty products expertly curated from all around the world. Not only do they offer modern skincare solutions, products we all know and love but occasionally they launch INCREDIBLE beauty boxes and jaw-dropping savings.
They have just launched another one of their infamous (with HUGE savings!) boxes : the Beauty Expert Serenity Edit. I have the box, the lowdown and if it’s worth investing in.
The Serenity Edit comes in a really pretty, keepsake box which I’m a 100% going to be using for beauty storage of some sort! It arrives beautifully wrapped, great attention to detail and it just feels really luxe and special. Inside you get 6 FULL-SIZE beauty products that has been curated by the in-house experts for anyone and everyone to enjoy.
What’s Inside / size / RRP.
Gatineau Transforming Cream Cleanser (200ml / £36) This is a skin-purifying cream that transforms to a lightweight oily texture when emulsified with water. It will remove makeup, daily grime, excess oil and toxins whiklst leaving the skin feeling comfortable, energised and calm.
Rodial Pink Diamond Magic Night Gel (50ml / £75) A lightweight and refreshing night cream that adds lustre to the skin with the signature pink diamond extract and leaves the skin plump and nourished. It also contains retinol, vitamin C and peptides to stimulate the collagen synthesis overnight.
ECOOKING Face Scrub (100ml / £23) This is a gentle scrub that uses finely ground sweet almond seeds to slough away dead skin and impurities. It also contains almond and sunflower oils to leave the skin soft and nourished.
Korres Meno-reverse White Pine Volumising Serum-in-Moisturiser (40ml / £47) This is a volumising and plumping cream/treatment. It is targeted towards post-menopausal skin, skin that lacks elasticity and plumpness. It’s an anti-ageing product, the white pine promotes elasticity and diminishes age spots, and this treatment works fo tighten and lift the skin.
This Works Sleep Together Calming Spray (75ml / £22) I’m excited about this as a huge fan of their original pillow spray! This is a ‘calming’ spray that can be used anytime in the day > night and will also help promote a better night’s sleep. I am very into this, as someone who suffers from pretty bad anxiety and over-thinking, I think this will be by my side A LOT.
Nuxe Reve De Miel Lip balm (15g / £10.50) The infamous lip balm that is nourishing, soothing, deeply hydrating and simply one of the best! I’ve used this for so many years and it’s always in my makeup kit.
I’m a big fan already of the infamous Nuxe lip balm and I love a Gatineau cleanser but aside from these products, I’ve never actually used any of the other products which makes it have that great discovery aspect for me. I’ve been really interested and intrigued by ECOOKING so I’m looking forward to giving that a go and likewise with Korres ; I’ve heard really good things. The This Works spray I’m already into : I am such a fan of their Deep Sleep pillow spray and have used it for many years and am such a fan of aromatherapy and the effects on can have or your mood.
This ‘Sleep Together’ calming spray is just a use it anywhere and anytime aromatherapy spray that will help calm your mood and relax you. Very much needed for an anxiety-queen like myself and I love the thought of having this in my handbag for travel too.
This box has a value of over £220 but is retailing for just £65! I think that’s a pretty incredible price considering the Rodial cream alone is worth more than that – actually unreal. I think with these kind of great offers it’s worth thinking about not just the saving and bargain but actually the products within, if you will use them and if you need them. Also, it’s good to consider, that even if you don’t need let’s say, a face scrub at the moment, it will still last a good while being unopened in storage if you want to get the deal but don’t necessarily NEED it at the moment!
This is a really good box as it has a nice selection of beauty – all the products are going to be doing different things for you plus the addition of the This Works spray, a bit of well-being, is a really nice touch. Definitely check it out on the Beauty Expert website, I do believe they also have 20% off site wide if you use code WOMEN at the moment, but I have just checked it against this box but it’s not valid on it, understandably (!).
