True Brit London is a relatively new nail polish brand (I think they launched last year) that is all about British luxury and high quality, non-chipping nail polish formulas.
They have a whopping 75+ shades currently and they have everything from nudes, summer brights and hot pinks, reds ; colours for everyone and all inspired by good ol’ blighty. I don’t know about you but I am changing up my polish around once a week at the moment and not only does it refresh and brighten your colour but I wear my polish like an accessory, particulary the brights.
The exclusive formulas of True Brit London are made with extracts of
Elderflower & Rose, Vitamin E, natural flower oils and is completely
free from toxins. It promises a 5-day non-chip wear which I can say it pretty much fufilled for me the first time I used it (although I do use Seche Vite over the top).
For my holiday, I have opted for a really classic taupey shade called ‘Bulldog’. This kind of muted shade is great for holiday as it literally goes with anything you
wear and I think looks as good in casual/daytime gear as it does with
more dressy/evening attire. The polish is quite a thick consistency when applying so you actually only need one coat but you can layer if required. I only use 1 coat. They apply nicely and they have a lovely rich gloss to them and they feel and look really luxe. The packaging reminds me almost of Estee Lauder or such ; heavy glass bottle which have a double-layered lid so they look beautiful and you can apply precisley. My only gripe is I wish the wand was a rounded one like Essie do as I find these really good to apply polish.
