When I first locked eyes on this I was immediately sold. REN is a range that I have used and loved for many, many years. I have been a long-term advocate of their hydra-calm (now called ever-calm) face cream which I have used and STILL use in my kit for around 8 years. In terms of bath & body, I have used all of their difference scents, with my favourite possibly being the zingy Grapefruit & Neroli range. They always smell SO aromatic and the range is devoid of any parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, PEGS or the typical unnecessary fillers AKA crap.
What excited me about this range…..I’m a bit of a fanatic at the moment about de-toxing, aromatherapy and nurturing my body and general wellness. The ingredients & oils they use all sung to me, I love the fresh smell and I just know these are products that I will use as I am a pampering kween.
The Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Salt Anti-Fatigue Exfoliating Body Scrub contains both sea salt and epsom salt so not only does it smooth and exfoliate your tired, old body (I speak mainly for myself) but it also detoxifies, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and relieves muscle fatigue from all those gym sessions that I haven’t been going to.
My favourite (and already empty) product of the two is the glorious Atlantic Kelp and Microalgae Anti-fatigue Bath Oil which is a potent de-stressing and soothing bath oil. I have a bath every single night (it’s honestly great for mind and body wellness) hence why I have smashed through this so quickly, maybe 4 weeks?! It contains kelp and plankton extracts, along with micro algae which is rich in omegas 6 & 9 to leave the skin nurtured and supple. Essential oils (the things you can smell) of Rosemary, Geranium, Clary Sage & Cypress Oil make it smell really fresh and calming and these are also known for their detoxing properties. It’s an absolute win from me.
